We decided to make a trip to Africa early 2013. We did not do any self drive. We thought it was not safe to do so. So, we joined group tour by Dynasty travel scheduled to be on the month of July. There was not enough people to form the group and it was pushed to end August.
Heading to South Africa : Ostrich Farm, The Big Five Introduction.
Day 1 Highlight : Stellenbosch University, Neethlingshof Estate Winery, Conservative Park, Table Mountain, African Jewel – intriduction to Tazanite, Malay Quarter, Victoria Wharf.
Day 2 Highlight : Twelve Apostle Bay, Seal Island, Heok Bay, Penguin Colony, Cape of Good Hope
Day 3 Highlight : Early Flight to Johannesburg, Soweto and Hector Peterson Museum, World Cup Stadium, Gold Reef Integrated Resort, Dinner at Carnivores.
Day 4 Highlight : Flew to Zambia Livingstone Airport, Victoria Fall, Luxury Train ride and dinner.
Day 5 Highlight : Ride to Zambia-Botswana-Namibia-Zimbabwe Border, Chobe River Cruise, Chobe National Park Safari
Day 6 Highlight : Morning Barter Trade, flight to Johannesburg, Mandela Square
Day 7 Highlight : Long Ride to Sun City, Stopover shopping for Vuvuzula and Tanzanite, Pretoria Guided tour, Sun City
Day 8 : Morning Safari, Sun City II, Evening and Night Safari and returned flight.
